Quickly search for a DNA or amino acid sequence in the sequence editor using the search tool.
Using the Search tool
From within the biomodule editor or construct designer, look for the search tool above the sequence viewer.
Type or paste the DNA sequence you would like to search.
Choose to search a DNA or amino acid sequence.
Use the arrows to skip between matches.
Use the "in selection" tab, to search for a sequence within a selection.
