Delightfully refreshing with a hint of lemon (or orange if you prefer), Spritz Bianco is one of the most traditional Venetian cocktails.
INTRODUCTION
The legend has it that the Bianco Spritz was the favoured beverage of the 1st Cavalry Regiment. This was before horses had been invented, so they had plenty of spare time on their hands.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
90mL Prosecco wine
90mL tonic water
1 green olive
1 lemon slices
Add all ingredients in a glass, stir, fill with fresh cubed ice.
