You can download sequences of biomodules or constructs as Genbank or FASTA file, or a zip file of both.
Download from the item card
From your collections page click on the quick menu icon (
) in the top right corner of the item card.
Choose to download from a FASTA, Genbank or Zip file of both.
Download from the Item Information Page
Access the biomodule or construct information page by choosing info from the respective collection.
From within the item information page look for the download button above the active window.
Download from the sequence editor
From within the sequence editor for both constructs and biomodules, the download option is available above the sequence viewer.
